Now that you have an Anvil with you, you have to open it from your Inventory. After that, put the Bow that you wish to repair in the first slot and then the unit of material used to make a bow in the second slot.
Once done, the Anvil will fix the Bow for you without stripping its enchantments. Also, if you have more than one enchanted bows in your inventory box, then you can combine them by using an anvil.
